Shipping is free. Your order ships in 1 to 3 business days, then arrives in 3 to 5 business days in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes (5 to 9 business days elsewhere in Canada). We don't ship to the territories or to some remote areas.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If you changed your mind, we deduct from your refund a handling fee of 10% of the item's price, plus the cost of the prepaid return label: usually $15 to $35 for a standard parcel, more for bulky items (gazebos, sofas, patio sets).
