Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after shipment
Areas served: Greater Montreal, Quebec City, Laval, Montérégie, Estrie, Outaouais, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, Mauricie
Customer service in French and English, on Eastern Time

2. ONTARIO AND THE MARITIMES
Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after shipment

3. REST OF CANADA
Delivery time: 5 to 9 business days after shipment, depending on distance

4. REGIONS NOT SERVED
Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and certain rural or remote areas.
Ineligible postal codes: A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, A2V, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, T0P, T0V, T0T, V0L, V0V, V0W, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0G, X0E, X1A, Y0A, Y0B and Y1A.
Any order placed with an ineligible postal code will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as the order ships.

BULKY ITEMS (furniture, outdoor items)
Delivery is to the doorstep (ground floor). Room-of-choice delivery and assembly are not included.
