Shipping

Shipping is free. Your order ships in 1 to 3 business days, then arrives in 3 to 5 business days in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes (5 to 9 business days elsewhere in Canada). We don't ship to the territories or to some remote areas.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If you changed your mind, we deduct from your refund a handling fee of 10% of the item's price, plus the cost of the prepaid return label: usually $15 to $35 for a standard parcel, more for bulky items (gazebos, sofas, patio sets). We confirm the exact amount before you ship. Returns are free if the item is defective, damaged or not as described. Contact us before sending anything back.

Warranty

1-year manufacturer warranty included. A part is missing or arrived damaged? Contact us and we take care of it.

Assembly

Yes. The product ships boxed with the necessary instructions and hardware. If a part is missing or damaged, contact us: the return is then free.

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasives. For outdoor products, storing it under cover in the off-season extends its lifespan.
