Shipping

Shipping is free. Your order ships in 1 to 3 business days, then arrives in 3 to 5 business days in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes (5 to 9 business days elsewhere in Canada). We don't ship to the territories or to some remote areas.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If you changed your mind, we deduct from your refund a handling fee of 10% of the item's price, plus the cost of the prepaid return label: usually $15 to $35 for a standard parcel, more for bulky items (gazebos, sofas, patio sets). We confirm the exact amount before you ship. Returns are free if the item is defective, damaged or not as described. Contact us before sending anything back.
