If you changed your mind, we deduct from your refund a handling fee of 10% of the item's price, plus the cost of the prepaid return label: usually $15 to $35 for a standard parcel, more for bulky items (gazebos, sofas, patio sets). We confirm the exact amount before you ship. Returns are free if the item is defective, damaged or not as described. Contact us before sending anything back.
